They’ve had these notifications for about a decade where I am, but they don’t seem to help much. It’s like saying, “You might be at risk, but we can’t offer any support beyond this notice. Good luck.”
For the past decade, my mammogram results have indicated the same thing. If you have dense breast tissue, it’s usually just a matter of monitoring it or opting for a more expensive 3D scan.
We should upgrade all mammograms to 3D technology. It’s baffling that we’re still using such outdated methods
