I have read that sunflower or canola seed oil, which is commonly used in nut kinds of milk, is slowly coming to light as being highly inflammatory. Has anyone discovered any mostly healthy, oil-free non-dairy milk?

I vote for oat milk. Iβve tried them all, and oat milk is far and by the finest taste. Unfortunately, it is also among the most costly. At least in the vicinity of my residence. Elmhurst oat milk is the only brand I can locate, and it only comes in one pint quantity. The normal price is around $5.99.
I use my juicer to produce nut milk. After soaking the nuts in water for at least eight hours, I rinse them and proceed. I put one cup of nuts and two cups of water through my juicer, and occasionally I add a date to sweeten it (donβt forget to remove the pit)
