Hey everyone, I recently tried a recipe that called for Worcestershire sauce, but I couldn’t find it in my local store. I ended up skipping it, but I feel like it really impacted the dish. Are there any good alternatives or substitutes for Worcestershire sauce that can still give that umami kick? Any tips would be much appreciated…

It would probably work best with a little soy and a little vinegar.

Fish or soy sauce combined with balsamic vinegar.

Soy sauce is generally okay.

I use soy sauce and cranberry vinegar, and it works perfectly.
