I’ve been using Libredesk for my support desk needs, and while it has some great features like multi-inbox and smart automation, I’m curious about other options out there. I heard FreeScout is a solid free alternative, but what about Freshdesk or Zendesk? I’d love to hear your thoughts on these tools or any others you might recommend.
FreeScout is awesome! It’s open source and really flexible for different support needs.
Freshdesk is another great option. It has a user-friendly interface and good automation features.
Zendesk is super popular too. It’s a bit pricier, but it has a lot of features for larger teams.
Front is another option. It combines email and chat support, which can be really handy.
HelpCrunch is also worth checking out. It focuses on chat and customer engagement.
