Hey folks, I’ve been using Libredesk for a while now, but I’m curious if there are any good alternatives out there. Libredesk is a self-hosted support desk that lets you manage multiple inboxes, use smart automation, and even AI-assisted responses, which is pretty cool. However, I want to explore other options that might fit my needs better. Anyone have suggestions for help desk platforms or similar apps like Libredesk? I’ve heard of FreeScout and Freshdesk, but I’d love to know more about what you all think.
I’ve tried FreeScout, and it’s really nice since it’s free and open source. It covers a lot of features you’d want in a help desk.
Freshdesk is solid too. I like how user-friendly it is, and the customer support is pretty responsive.
Zendesk is a big name in the space. It has a lot of integrations and can be customized a ton. It’s a bit pricier though.
HelpCrunch is another option. It has great live chat features and also helps with email support.
Front is also worth a mention. It combines email and team collaboration really well.
