I am following this template: 5/3/1 and Bodybuilding
The leg day includes the following exercises:
- Squat–5/3/1
- Leg Press–5 x 15
- Leg Curls–5 x 15
- Leg Extensions–4 x 12
- Ab Wheel–4 x 12
Unfortunately, my gym’s leg extension machine is currently broken, and the maintenance team won’t fix it for a few weeks.
Could anyone suggest an alternative exercise to replace leg extensions, considering I already have squat and leg press scheduled for that day?
