Anyone Tried Alternative Therapies? Looking for Suggestions

Hey everyone! I’m looking to explore some alternative therapies for stress relief and overall well-being. I’ve tried the typical stuff like massage and meditation, but I’m curious if there are other options out there that have worked for you. Any recommendations?
