Best Alternatives to QuickBooks?

Hey everyone! I’ve been using QuickBooks for a while now, but I’m looking to switch to something else. Whether it’s pricing, features, or just something that feels more intuitive, I’m open to recommendations. What are you all using for accounting?

You might want to check out Wave. It’s free for most of its features and great for small businesses. I’ve been using it for a year, and it’s super easy to navigate.

Free sounds awesome! Does it have invoicing too?

Yes, it does! You can also add payments for a fee, but basic invoicing and accounting are free.

FreshBooks is another good option. It’s more focused on freelancers and small businesses. I like how it simplifies invoicing and expense tracking.

I’ve heard about FreshBooks! Does it integrate with PayPal?

Yep, you can connect it to PayPal, Stripe, and other payment systems. Makes it easy to collect payments.

Try Xero. It’s a bit more expensive than some others but really powerful. It works well if you have employees or need more robust inventory tracking.

I’ll look into Xero, especially since I’m planning to grow my team. Thanks for the tip!

Zoho Books is solid and integrates with their other business apps. It’s affordable and covers everything from invoicing to tax management.

I didn’t realize Zoho had accounting software. I use their CRM, so this could be super convenient!

For something really simple, Kashoo is a great option. It’s not as feature-packed, but it’s straightforward and easy to use for basic accounting.

I’m all for simplicity. Sometimes QuickBooks feels too complicated for what I need.
